By using our Website the users completely accept the terms and conditions of use as given here in the page and/or anywhere in the site.

1.      All users are requested to carefully peruse all the information on services and products provided in the related sections and also in FAQ section.


2.      Particular brand owners will be responsible for the quality of the products. If you find the quality is not up to the mark then you can raise a complaint on them through us.


3.      Flower arrangements shown on our Site are suggestive. We do our best to give best result than shown in our Site. Sometimes, it may be happen that the actual arrangement may differ from the indicative image and it may be due to availability of flowers and other reasons that maybe beyond our control. We reserve the right to change the items/model etc., but we always make sure that our esteemed customers requirement is met.


4.      In case some ordered cake, flowers, mithai, or other delivered gift items are not available in the mentioned city or town of our customers, but we make sure that we still deliver the available best quality cake, flowers, mithai, or other similar gift items of good value. We always ensure and go extra mile to meet the requirements of our valued customers in all such cases.


5.      Fresh Baked cakes are available only after 10.30 am from bakeries. Hence, fresh baked cakes can only be delivered after that time. However, in exceptional cases, as per the request of our customers we may keep the cake in refrigerator and deliver next morning. But, we don’t recommend this.  


6.      Delivery schedule may vary between Same Day Delivery and Delivery within 3 Business Days depending on the depending on the destination town or city. However, we make sure that all the deliveries in the metropolitan cities is delivered on the same day, within 2 business days in all the key cities and within 3 business days in all other places. We also ensure that all the ordered items are delivered within the requested time or date. In case of traffic disrupt due to heavy rain, bandh, strike, or any other disputed we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to an earlier or later date.


7.      We do assure the delivery of our customers’ order on date and don’t guarantee but make sure the delivery on any particular time. And, generally we shall process the order for delivery as soon as possible pay no attention to our customer’s specific instruction to deliver at or before a particular time.                 


8.      To raise a complaint regarding to the quality of the product for items delivered, customers should provide an image of the product delivered to take necessary action regarding the compliant. Any complaint regarding the orders should be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Refund or re-delivery will be made depending on the nature of the compliant and any decision in this regard is sole right of the Website.


9.      In case no date of delivery is mentioned in the order, we will consider the order as normal and dispatch within 24 hours.


10.   If our customers wanted to cancel any order then they need to do it at least 24 hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment and in case of express delivery should cancel before the item is dispatched. And, in all such cases 5-7 per cent of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing.


11.  In case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will consider the order as delivered. But, before delivery we always try to take call our customers.


12.  Prices of items with MRP limits are being sold on the website after totaling up costs of our delivery, services, and online transactions cost. This distribution could not be shown separately due to technical limits and are considered to be understood.


13.  Gift items like chocolates, dry fruits, leather bags, watches etc. are normally dispatched through courier and we cannot assure the actual date and time of delivery.


14.  Orders including Midnight Orders, received after 4 PM IST shall be generally handled as next day orders but we shall try our best to deliver same day. However, a phone call after placing such urgent orders will be much appreciated.


15.  The prices cited on our Website for FREE Delivery is for within city limits. Any delivery out of city limits and to villages and in case of perishable items will be charged extra delivery charges that start from Rs.99 and varies from location. After delivery of your order we may send a hyperlink for you to pay this extra delivery charge, if required. However, we shall not delay or hold your order and assure delivery on mentioned date.


16.  Right of Refusal:

Butterry.com holds the right to refuse delivery of any order without passing on any whatever reason to the customers. However, in all such circumstances Butterry.com will refund the full amount paid by the customers.


17.  Delivery of certain items/products may not be possible due to some irrepressible circumstances. However, our customers always have a right to get 100 per cent refund of their money.


18.  Several Trademark /Logos mentioned with the product being sold by us on the website belongs to relevant companies and they are the possessor of the given Trademark/Logo. All Wine and Champagne items sold on our website are Non-Alcoholic.


19.  Under any circumstances no claim of whatever nature will be reasonable other than the claim for 100 per cent refund of the amount paid. If any such claims then it should to be raised within 24 hours of non-delivery/delivery.


20.  The owner of the site preserves the right to decline any order completely.


21.  Each and every claim is subject to the right of local Court in Bangalore, India only.


22.  Octroi charges in any way will be paid by the consignee as applicable in the state of the recipient.


23.  If we are not able to deliver your order then complete refund will be processed. We shall not be accountable for emotive stress, loss of profits, or any other charges etc. caused due to non-delivery.


24.  For any order in which we are unable to deliver our customer’s order because of the incorrect address or incomplete information provided by the customer or recipient is unreachable then no refund will be given.


25.  For deliveries to hostel, hotels, and hospitals address, the person’s signature at the reception or by the security desk who receives the order will be taken and considered as the valid proof of delivery. However, we try to get the sign of the actual recipient at these places, because of reasons that are beyond our control we cannot assure it.


26.  All Product image are just showcase, it will be almost equal or better decorated. The product exact match cannot be be made, we will just try to match up that image. However, the flavor and shape will be matched for that image if it is available for the cakes.
