are only Delivering to Bangalore City Currently.
Express Delivery & Same Day
Delivery of Flowers
Deliveries
will be made between 9 AM to 7 PM on the given date.
Orders
received within or till 4 PM IST will be delivered on the same day if and only
if delivery date is mentioned.
Delivery
of orders cannot be redirected or redelivered to any other address at any
condition.
Orders
will be delivered only in Bangalore city.
Delivery
of items will be attempted once and if the delivery is not successful during
the attempt, the customer will be still charged for the order and no redelivery
will be made. In the following cases, we will consider the order is delivered:

delivered due to incorrect address

If
recipient not available
·
If
the premises is locked
·
Incorrect
contact number provided
·
If
recipient refused to accept the order
·
If
the order delivered at the door, reception, security desk, or neighbor
·
Cakes,
Flowers, and other perishable products are hand delivered and delivered by the
local vendors

We
attempt and try our best to deliver orders on Sundays and National Holidays
·
If
the desired product is not available, butterry.com reserves the right to
substitute the flower or other products with specified color of equal or higher
quality and value

has the right to reschedule the delivery on another date during floods, heavy
rains, or national bandh

No
change in instructions will be entertained before 24 working hours of the date
of delivery and allowed by our customer support team

Orders
placed can be cancelled prior 24 working hours of the date of delivery
If
the order is not delivered due to any of the above mentioned reasons, our
customers will be informed or else can get details about the same on our
website, delivering outlet, or with our customer support representatives.
Complaints
regarding any perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc. after 24 hours
from the time of delivery will not be entertained.
If
any disputes related to delivery occur; we will provide proof of delivery.
Respective
brand owners will be accountable for the quality of product.
Delivery
of certain branded items may be delayed or may not be possible due do some
irrepressible situations such as item not available in the market or withdrawn
by the maker. In such scenarios item that is very close to the ordered item
will be delivered and the same will be intimated to our customers through
e-mail and if the customer doesn’t replies to our mail within 2 hours then it
will considered as the customer has agreed to the delivery of the substitute
item.
It
is also advised to our customer to provide the following information for
delivering their orders whether hotel, hospital, or hostel.
In
case if you want us to deliver your item to a hotel or hospital, it is
recommended to provide the following correct details:
For Hotels:
Full address of the hotel
Room No.
Telephone Number of the hotel
Name of recipient/Tour Company, if applicable
For
Hospital:
Full Address of the Hospital
Ward Number and Patient name
Home address of recipient with phone number
If
there is no one available at the shipping address to receive the order during
the time of the delivery, the order will not be considered later and will take
as delivered. Hence, in this case, no accountability, refunds, cancellations,
and refunds can be made.
For Midnight Deliveries

For
midnight deliveries, delivery will be made between 11.30 PM to 12.15 AM on
mentioned or asked delivery date

We
also deliver on Sundays
·
Midnight
deliveries will be delivered in the mentioned cities
·
Extra
shipping charges will be charged for midnight deliveries depending on the
locations
For Remote Locations & Towns:

All
the orders received by or after 4 PM would be delivered on Next Day
·
Orders
will be delivered on Sundays also ·
We
guarantee no time commitment for deliveries ·
Correct
and complete address along with any landmark if available and contact number
of the recipient should be provided by the customers |
If the products are in outskirts
of our mentioned delivery location then the delivery time will be more than
48 hours. 1.
Shipping details will be mailed to
our customers e-mail ID once their order is dispatched. Request for cancellation of
confirmed order should be made 1 day prior to the delivery date and
